The diagnostic is partner-reviewed within 48 hours — that's the public promise. Holding that promise means controlling volume at launch. We're opening thirty seats to the first cohort, working through them deliberately, then opening more as capacity allows.
i. Personal contact at open.
The first ten waitlist members receive a personal email from Kyan or Austin when the diagnostic opens — not a templated launch announcement. You'll know which partner is opening your seat.
ii. Priority routing.
Waitlist submissions are reviewed in signup order, not arrival order. Sign up early and you're at the front when the diagnostic opens.
iii. Honest expectations from day one.
The diagnostic isn't live yet. The waitlist isn't a marketing tactic — it's how we're sequencing capacity. Same honesty we bring to the engagements themselves.
iv. No nurture sequence.
We will write to you once when the diagnostic opens. We will not write again unless you ask us to. The waitlist is a list, not a funnel.

The diagnostic is partner-reviewed within 48 hours of submission — a promise we'd rather keep than break. Controlling volume is how we keep it. After the first thirty, we open access more broadly as our review capacity allows.

When exactly does the diagnostic open?
Monday, July 8th, 2026. We'll write to you that day with your link. You'll have seven days from receipt of the link to complete the diagnostic before the seat releases to the next person on the list.
What if my situation can't wait two weeks?
Then it probably can't wait for a diagnostic either. Email kyan@businessconditioning.ai directly with a one-paragraph description. If it warrants partner attention before the diagnostic opens, we'll arrange it.
